How long will your set-up take?
Fast: Our mobile blending system is usually set up in just one day.
Do I have to provide you with piping? No: All labor, piping and test equipment is provided by AAT. All we require are points of connection to your existing piping. Can I run other projects at the same time? Yes: Our field technicians set up the equipment in a way that does not require continual or dedicated operation. You can run other projects by merely turning valves. Will my heating system have to keep your equipment hot? No: AAT’s blenders and storage tanks are equipped with their own heating systems to maintain the correct storage temperatures. Will your product separate and damage my storage tanks? No: Unlike other processes, our product is never introduced into your storage tanks. The constant agitation in our heated storage tanks prevents polymer separation.
